Our service & support operations include on-site technical installations, system maintenance, user training and support for specific applications. We offer you tailor-made service and maintenance contracts, extended warranties and a hotline for immediate and direct assistance. In addition to in-house repairs, we offer online help via remote control as well as on-site service. Our extensive range of spare parts keeps downtime to a minimum.

If you need help with technical problems or have questions about the use of the device, you can get a quick response from our service hotline at any time.
Our service is available:
- Monday to Thursday from 8am to 4pm and
- Friday from 8am to 12pm
You are also welcome to contact us via the contact form. We will answer you within one working day.
We need further informations:
- Please have the serial number of the defective device ready (near the mains plug on the type plate).
