Indium tin oxide (ITO) is a semiconductor that is transparent to visible light and is therefore used in many applications where optically transparent semiconductors are required. In particular, diodes, microelectronics on glass substrates, and invisible antennas and sensors often contain ITO or are made of it.
The two graphs show a complete set of measurements of the Hall constant, mobility, and resistivity for two different ITO thin-film samples (both 185 nm thick) from room temperature to 200 °C.
Both samples were prepared by sputter deposition. The dark blue curve representing the Hall constant shows a more or less constant value, while mobility (red) and resistivity increase with temperature.
