Remote Support
Do you need a remote maintenance for your thermoanalytic device?
No Problem! We provide you the opportunity of a remote maintenance to check your device. You only Need an internet connection for your computer on which the analysis software is installed.
How it works
Send us an email with the request for a remote maintenance including a prefered day and time for the online meeting. Before we start the Meeting, please prepare your device for doing a measurement. When you receive the acknowledgement per mail and the date has come, simply click on the picture to start the remote maintenance.
Open the workable file. After a short moment a 9-digit number in the window ID will appear. Please send us this number per mail or phone. With this number we will log-in to your analysis computer and check the device. In this way a fast bug-fix is guaranteed.

Our service is available Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm and Friday from 8 am to 12 pm.
You are also welcome to write to us using the contact form. We will reply to you within one working day.

- Please have the serial number of the faulty appliance to hand (near the mains plug on the rating plate)
- Please tell us where the appliance is located (city and country)
- Please give us your contact details where we can reach you directly (e-mail and telephone number)
